The Harry Gwala Development Agency is an entity of the Harry Gwala District Municipality established with the specification mandate to augment growth and development within the Harry Gwala district. The Harry Gwala Development Agency is located in the South West of the KwaZulu–Natal of South Africa.
The HGDA is dedicated to fostering sustainable development and improving the quality of life for the resident of the Harry Gwala District in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. The Agency is to set up to develop the teamwork between public sector, private sector and civil society and to provide meaningful and effective use of local resources to accelerate regional development. The objective of the Agency is to package high impact, catalytic projects by attracting domestic and foreign investments, with an intent to grow the district economy, job creations and poverty alleviation.
